BooZoo’s Canine Carnival at Stepping Stones Museum for Children

Last week, GigMasters had the wonderful opportunity to sponsor a fabulous event at Stepping Stones Museum for Children in Norwalk, CT. The event was called BooZoo’s Canine Carnival. BooZoo is a cute pup and the museum’s unofficial mascot (he’s not a real dog, but they do have an adorable costume that staff wore so kids could meet BooZoo).

It was a day of fun for parents, children and canines. Dogs were allowed to visit the museum and participate in the dog walk and costume contests. There was even a mobile pet adoption unit on site so families could take home a new fluffy friend.

Since it was a carnival, the museum had a wide variety of carnival games set up for the kids to enjoy. GigMasters donated some fun entertainment for the event: a juggler, magician, balloon twister and face painters. We chose a few of our top rated performers that would fit nicely into the carnival theme.

World-Renowned Juggler, Michael Karas put on two amazing performances on the main stage of the Courtyard.

Children and parents were also treated to the talents of Magical Memories Entertainment: Simply Steven Magic who dazzled and amazed the audience. After the magic show, Steven also spent time twisting custom balloon creations for hundreds of children.

Kids also had the opportunity to get their faces painted by the extremely talented artists from Painted You. These ladies transformed children with their beautiful and elaborate painting techniques.

Heather from Heather Life Photography attended the event with her daughter and took some gorgeous pictures throughout the day. She was kind enough to share them with us (and they are all of the fantastic pictures you see here in this post).

We had so much fun during our day at Stepping Stones and the event was a huge success.  We are absolutely looking forward to next year!

We’d love to hear your thoughts about this unique event. Feel free to chat with us in the comments below.
