Oh The Places You’ll Go Themed Baptism Party

Dr Seuss book oh the places you'll go

The Dr. Seuss book Oh the Places You’ll Go has become a popular theme for graduation gifts and parties, but we loved how this family put it to good use for a post-Baptism party. The “worldly” snacks and treats meant that no one went hungry and Jackson’s copy of the book signed with love from all those in attendance will inspire him for years! Thanks to LunahZon Photography for inspiring all of us with the photos!

Real Event: Molly Sims Attends Doggie Daycare Grand Opening

Londoloza Dog Den & Cattery may be named after a game reserve in South Africa’s Sabi Sands, but this 16,000 sq ft space caters to a much tamer clientele. Dogs and cats are the focus of this new business located in Culver City, CA. The facility itself is also African safari themed and truly unique. When planning their grand opening they decided they needed a band to help bring an authentic African flair to the party. We checked in with owner Patricia Were to learn more about this wild event.

Sweet Seventh Birthday Party

ceramic studio decorated for party

Baby birthday parties and teenage parties tend to get all the attention when it comes to photos and blogs. Baby parties because Mom gets to decorate to her heart’s content and everything is so cute and teen parties because the teenagers get to set the stage. But a big kid party can be just as fun to look at, as evidenced here by this delicious seventh birthday party set at The Pottery Shop in Vegas. Photographs by Cardin Creative Photography. Read more…

Sesame Street 1st Birthday Party

cookie monster and elmo cupcakes

The great thing about a first birthday party is that as a parent you can still decorate it to your heart’s content! A first birthday party is just as much a celebration of the parents’ making it through that difficult year as it is about the child. So pick a theme and go nuts! We love this Sesame Street themed party for sweet Aya (especially since it involves a balloon artist). Photographs from Uzbin Photography in Atlanta. Read more…

Real Event: A Mario Kart Birthday Party

Two years ago GigMasters’ client Sheila booked Elmo for her then 2-year-old’s birthday party. Now turning 4, the birthday boy Wesley has a new favorite character: “Mario” from the Mario Kart video game. Mom Sheila knew Wesley had to have a Mario themed birthday party. So, she transformed her home for this fun event, bringing Mario out of the game and into the party.
